Phaze is a wellness and habit-tracking app purpose-built for GLP-1 medications including Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Zepbound, Rybelsus, semaglutide, and tirzepatide. Track your dose with Estimated Levels, one curve drawn from the doses you log yourself. Log meals by photo, label, barcode (OpenFoodFacts), or voice with AI Meal Snap. Rotate injection sites, plan titration with Taper Coach, and learn your side-effect patterns. Track weight, BMI, body composition (Beta), and lab work across 8 biomarker categories. Ask Ember, the AI wellness companion, for meal ideas and shot-day prep. Build a daily Lifestyle Score, streaks, and an optional anonymous ranking. Your data is local-first, with medical data encrypted using AES-256-GCM in the Apple Keychain. Apple Watch app, widgets, and Live Activities included. Supports 14 GLP-1 medication options across 8 languages. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Free on iOS and Android.

AES-256-GCM encryption
Doses, side effects, notes and injection sites are encrypted, in the Apple Keychain on iPhone, the Android Keystore on Android.
No medical data in analytics
Medication details are stripped from analytics and from Ember's context.
Local-first storage
Your data lives on your phone by default. Backups are opt-in and go to your own iCloud or Google Drive, never to a Phaze server.
Encrypted cloud backup
Optional backups are AES-256-GCM encrypted before they leave your phone, to your iCloud or your Google Drive.
Delete everything, anytime
One action clears every log, on the device and in your backup. On iPhone you can also export your data as JSON (medical fields excluded).
Apple Health sync
On iPhone, Phaze reads steps, weight and workouts from Apple Health to save you time, with your permission.
No account, no sign-up
Install and start logging. No email, no password, no signing in with Google or Apple. Phaze works without an account.

Day 61

Five closed. One still open.

This is what the app looks like on an ordinary Tuesday. Six rows on the home screen, ticked off as the day goes. Five of them are done. The sixth is not, and Phaze leaves it that way.

  • Protein116 of 100 gDone
  • Fiber28 of 25 gDone

The Phaze home screen on day 61, with the daily checklist showing protein, fiber, hydration, activity and the check-in all complete, a week of check-in dots underneath, and an insight reading that six doses were logged in the last 30 days.
Day 61 on the home screen, with one row still open and 1 to go in the corner.

Nothing rounds the day up. An open row stays open, the corner still reads 1 to go, and tomorrow starts from what actually happened rather than from a number the app decided to be generous about.

Eat enough

Eating less is not the problem. Eating too little is.

Most weight apps are built to hold you back. On a GLP-1 appetite drops on its own, and the harder day is the one where you eat too little. Phaze sets a floor as well as a target.

A floor and a target
Set the least you want to eat alongside the amount you are aiming for. Both sit on the same ring.
Protein has its own number
Protein is the first thing to slip when appetite drops, so it carries a floor of its own.
Phaze counts the days
Several days under the floor and the app says so. One light day after a shot is not a pattern.

Phaze is a wellness tracker, not medical advice. Set your numbers with your clinician.

The Phaze nutrition screen: protein at 116 of 100 grams, water at 2,129 of 1,892 millilitres and calories at 2,050 of 2,000, each on its own goal line, above a protein chart averaging 92 grams.

Ember
Hi. I can talk about protein, side effects, stalls and what to expect between shots. I am not a clinician, so anything about your dose belongs with your doctor.

Example

How much protein on Mounjaro?
A commonly cited target is 0.6 to 0.8 grams of protein per pound of goal body weight (1.3 to 1.8 grams per kilogram), spread across the day. On a GLP-1 your appetite is smaller, so protein usually has to come first in the meal rather than last. Your prescriber or a dietitian can set a number for your body. Phaze tracks the running total.

Wellness information only, never medical advice. Nothing you type here is stored.

The stall

A flat month is not a failure. It has a name.

The scale can sit still for weeks while everything else keeps moving. Phaze reads the trend across days instead of one morning, and names a stall when it sees one.

The trend, not the morning

A single weigh-in carries water, salt and sleep. Phaze draws the line through all of them.

It says the word

When the trend goes flat for long enough, Phaze calls it a stall instead of leaving you to guess.

What kept moving

Protein, steps, sleep and measurements keep their own record, so a still scale is not the only thing you can read.

New symptoms alongside a stall are worth a conversation with your doctor. Phaze tracks. It does not diagnose.

Nutrition

Logging a meal takes one photo.

The hard part of eating well on a GLP-1 isn't appetite. It's keeping up. Phaze makes capturing protein, fiber, and calories take seconds, not willpower.

Log it

Snap. Log. Done.
Photograph your plate and Phaze estimates protein, fiber, and calories. Review and edit before you save. Eating well takes seconds.
Just say it
"Two eggs, toast with butter, and coffee". Describe a meal by voice or text and Phaze estimates the macros. The fastest way to log.
Scan a barcode
Scan any barcode for instant nutrition info, powered by OpenFoodFacts. Quick, accurate logging.
Scan a label
Point your camera at a nutrition label and Phaze reads the macros. No typing, no second-guessing.

See it

The whole day on one screen.

Calories, protein, fiber, hydration, activity and steps. Each one a card that fills as you log. Your Home screen is the day, at a glance.

Ask it

Meet Ember, your wellness companion.

Ask Ember for a high-protein meal idea, a side-effect tip, or shot-day prep. Ember answers, builds recipe cards, and offers one-tap logging, using only anonymized context, never your name.

Lifestyle Score

The whole day lands on one number.

The Lifestyle Score runs from 0 to 1,000 and is rebuilt every day from what you logged. A breakdown names which habits carried the number and which pulled it down, so a low day is legible instead of vague.

The Progress screen: 9.1 kg still to go, with photos, labs, body composition and measurements underneath.

These figures come off one member's own log. They show what Phaze records, not a result it promises.

What moves it

Consistency
Days logged in a row and the check-ins you complete. The score reads the record, not the effort behind it.
Movement
Steps and activity, read from Apple Health or entered by hand if you would rather connect nothing.
Protein and hydration
Whether the day reached the floors set in your goals, which on a GLP-1 is more often about eating enough than about eating less.

Opt in

See where you stand, only if you ask for it

Community Rankings stay off until you turn them on. Opt in and Phaze stores three things, a device identifier, your Lifestyle Score and the length of your streak, then returns an anonymous position inside your age bracket, updated daily. Your medication, your doses, your weight and your meals are never part of it.

Leave rankings and the entry is deleted. Nothing is sent before you opt in, which is what keeps the promise two chapters up true.

Sunday

Once a week the whole thing gets read back to you.

Weekly Review opens with the change in weight across the week and one line saying how the week went. Everything else is arranged under it.

Seven days of readings is the smallest unit that means anything. One high morning on the scale is noise, and the review is built so a day like that cannot pass for a week.

  • Weight

The change across the week, and where it sits in the four week trend.

  • Protein

Your daily average, and how many days reached the floor.

  • Hydration

Average intake, and which days came in short.

  • Movement

Steps and activity, totalled for the week and averaged per day.

  • Days logged

How much of the week the review is actually reading.

  • Streak

Where the run stands on Sunday night.

Five goal changes, waiting on a yes

The review ends with five suggested goal changes drawn from the week you just logged. Each one is a button. Accept it and the goal moves. Leave it and nothing does.

  • Protein floor
  • Hydration target
  • Fiber goal
  • Movement target
  • Weekly weight pace

Phaze never applies a change for you, and it never recommends a dose. These are the tracking goals you set yourself, adjusted to the week the app just read.

Share Studio

Post the progress. Not the prescription.

Share Studio builds five poster cuts from what you already logged, each one in a light and a dark version. You pick the cut, the app fills it in from your own log.

  • Today's recap

The day in one poster. Streak, protein, steps, dated.

  • Streak milestone

Marks the run when it reaches a number worth marking.

  • Weekly recap

Sunday's review, cut down to what fits on a card.

  • Weight milestone

The only cut that carries a weight, and only if you pick it.

  • Lifestyle Score

The daily number, with the streak that came with it.

You can show the change without saying what you are taking.

This is the part people ask for by name. A poster carries a streak, a protein number, a step count and a date. It does not carry your medication, your dose or your schedule, and there is no cut that does. What you post is a reading from your own log, and it says nothing about how you got there.

Every cut comes in light and dark. Nothing is posted for you. A poster exists only when you make one, and it leaves the app only when you send it.

The Complete GLP-1 Tracker

Phaze is a wellness and habit-tracking app for anyone on a GLP-1 medication like Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, or Zepbound. It is purpose-built for the GLP-1 journey, not a generic fitness app repurposed for weight loss. Phaze is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Ozempic Tracker

Phaze tracks your Ozempic (semaglutide) doses and shows Estimated Levels, an informational chart that draws every dose you log — the amount and the time you entered — as one curve across your cycle. It also logs injection sites with a rotation map, tracks side effects with severity and trends, and focuses on protein-first nutrition. The curve is an illustration of your own dose log, not a measurement, and is not medical advice.

Track Your Ozempic Dose

Phaze helps you track your Ozempic dose with a Dose Cycle ring that labels where you are in the cycle you logged, a titration and Taper Coach, dose reminders, and injection-site rotation. Medical data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored in the Apple Keychain.

Mounjaro Tracker

Phaze tracks your Mounjaro (tirzepatide) journey with dose tracking, Estimated Levels, side-effect intelligence, weight and body-composition trends, and protein-first nutrition logging. Build daily habits with a Lifestyle Score, streaks, and check-ins.

Wegovy Tracker

Phaze supports both injectable and oral Wegovy, with an oral fasting flow, semaglutide dose tracking, Estimated Levels, injection-site rotation, and the full daily habit loop of logging, check-ins, and insights.

Zepbound Tracker

Phaze tracks your Zepbound (tirzepatide) doses, side effects, weight, BMI, and body composition (Beta), with AI meal logging to help you hit protein and fiber goals. Capture progress photos and compare them with a slider, overlay, or timelapse.

Semaglutide Tracker

Phaze supports semaglutide medications including Ozempic, Wegovy (injectable and oral), and Rybelsus, with per-molecule Estimated Levels, a fasting flow for oral forms, dose tracking, and side-effect trends.

Tirzepatide Tracker

Phaze supports tirzepatide medications including Mounjaro and Zepbound, with tirzepatide Estimated Levels, dose tracking, injection-site rotation, protein-first nutrition, and body-composition tracking.

Weight Loss Medication Tracker

Phaze supports 14 GLP-1 medication options including Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Wegovy Pill, Zepbound, Rybelsus, Retatrutide, Survodutide, Orforglipron, Pemvidutide, Bioglutida, and CagriSema. Several newer molecules are investigational and not FDA-approved as of 2026; Phaze is a tracking tool, not a source or supplier. For each medication, Phaze offers dose tracking, Estimated Levels, side-effect tracking, nutrition, labs, and progress.

Every Number That Matters, in One Place

Phaze brings nutrition (calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber), weight and BMI, body composition (Beta, an AI photo estimate with a confidence level and DEXA import), Labs and Scans across 8 biomarker categories, and Apple Health activity into one app, so the picture is whole. Lab work and body-composition estimates are informational and not a substitute for medical care.

Why Phaze for GLP-1

Phaze is designed for GLP-1 users. It combines Estimated Levels, dose and injection-site tracking, side-effect intelligence, protein-first nutrition with AI meal logging, barcode and label scanning, body-composition tracking, progress photos, a Lifestyle Score, and Ember, an AI wellness companion that provides wellness suggestions, not medical advice. Phaze is local-first: medical data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM in the Apple Keychain. The core is free on iOS and Android, with Phaze Pro available.
